Singapore Student

A student in Singapore having a spiritual conversation with his “pre-believer” friend using the perspective cards followed by sharing of the gospel.

PERSPECTIVE cards

In Singapore

The following letter is from a staff woman in Singapore, Eliza Yeh. She wrote to us in January to let us know how they were using this evangelism tool.

We had our perspective training last October with our senior students and the cards were well received by them. The students enjoyed using it to start spiritual conversations and when we sent them out to share, they were amazed at some open, deep spiritual conversations they had with non-believers. One of the non-believers even wanted to buy a set of the cards for himself!

I am not sure how extensive the student -led movement in Singapore will use the cards, but I believe they are gaining momentum and popularity here!

God bless,

Eliza

What are PERSPECTIVE cards?

In short, PERSPECTIVE is an evangelism tool used for initiating spiritual conversations and meaningful dialogue on the person of Christ. perspective cards provides a disarming approach to a spiritual conversation, allowing others to share their perspective about five important topics: Nature of God, Human Nature, Meaning of Life, Identity of Jesus, and Source of Spiritual Truth. In each category, participants choose the card that best represents what they believe, and then they tell you why they believe it.

Because PERSPECTIVE looks and feels like a card game, it takes a conversation that may seem abstract and intimidating and makes it tangible and non-threatening.

PERSPECTIVE cards were written by Barry Warren and designed & illustrated by Sarah.
